I work for Intuit ( that big company that makes the tax software you use every year ) as a senior unix system administrator, although my official title is Systems Integration Engineer. Fancy!

In my spare time, I like to follow a large assortment of hobbies, including flying, photography, reading, programming, web designing and video games. I update this site sparingly when I’m busy and often times I lack any motivation to put anything up here at all, but I try.  I work, alot. I feel stupid when I read articles about math. I constantly strive to learn new things and while I consider myself good at many things, I am a master of none, which is somewhat depressing. Then again, I do alot more than many people I know so it’s a trade off.

I’ve got a long list of goals that I want to accomplish in the next 10 years and I constantly find new ones to add to the list.

I enjoy beer, that is, good beer. In other words – not beer flavored water ( Yes, Coors Light, I’m talking about you. )

I read rather fast ( something about not having to subvocalize ) and I need to buy myself a Kindle so I stop spending so much on books.

I have two parents, two sisters and an older brother who gets me out of tickets. I’ve also got two nephews and two nieces.
